AH seemed to have revamped its “Next steps” process giving surprisingly specific measures needed to take in a POA for a listing or account. A trickle of accounts suspended for reselling have actually been reinstated which is unusual. Amazon continues to suspend DS accounts for any kind of violation, some just from seller fulfilled. They are not easily reinstated. There continues to be endless false+ related accounts to the point where its sadly comical.

“Your account does not qualify” means they are not accepting approvals for certain brands and ASINs that in the past would have been easily ungated. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for this.

For Suspected IP complaints it seems that if you close the listings, they automatically remove them from your dashboard. There is no letdown of suspensions at all so please always resolve IP issues as allowing them to linger eventually leads to suspension.

SP is slowly starting to use video calls for more than just new seller verifications. ;There is a new Twitter handle just for seller issues. They seem pretty nice and are asking everyone to DM but they have something wrong with their settings that many cannot DM. SP seemed to have given up on some false positive related accounts & then on Wed shocked us and decided to open some very hard ones. (HT Amazon)

Many buyer accounts were suspended for various types of reselling and almost none were reinstated yet; The Suits sent out very detailed response to escalations this week and seemed to be in a decent mood especially in releasing held inventory & reinstating ASINs; Many Sellers had issues editing their own detail pages including images, even if they had BR.

FBA limited Aerosol & Hazmat capacity at the same time as they increased regular FBA last week. "Your account does not qualify" continues to show for random sellers that for whatever reason does not allow one to sell particular brands or ASINS that you previously were easily able to. It seems totally random with no performance based reason easily identifiable.
