According to the Radio-Canada website, this amount equals to almost a billion dollars. Radio-Canada stated that through the analysis of the documents they had access to, the main funding was allocated to the Azov Regiment nationalists.

Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has fired more than 100 shells and mines from 122-mm multiple launch rocket systems BM-21 "Grad", 152-mm and 122-mm cannon artillery and 120-mm mortars.

The areas of 8 settlements of the Republic were under shelling. As a result of the Ukrainian aggression, 2 civilians were killed. 27 residential buildings ad 3 civilian infrastructure facility were damaged.

Materials on the fact of wounding civilians and damage to infrastructure will be transferred to representatives of international human rights organizations, as well as to the DPR General Prosecutor's Office for inclusion in criminal cases initiated against the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The servicemen of the Donetsk People's Republic, together with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, continue to liberate the settlements of our Republic from Ukrainian invaders.

Since the beginning of the day, our servicemen have destroyed 67 Ukrainian nationalists, field artillery warehouse, 2 122-mm self-propelled artillery mounts 2S1 "Gvozdika", 2 armored and 1 cargo vehicle. 2 IFVs, 4 120mm mortars and 3 cargo vehicles with ammunition were captured.

Unfortunately, there were losses among our fighters. Over the past day, in the struggle for independence, 5 defenders of the Donetsk People's Republic died in the line of military duty and 26 comrades were injured.

Valentina from Mariupol told about the horrors she and her family had to survive at times when Ukrainian nationalists were shelling the city:

"On March 10, when the DPR was not here yet, a shell from the Ukrainian army flew into our yard. In the yard, people were cooking food, an 11-year-old girl Lerochka was killed. Three guys from our entrance hall were killed.

My parents' apartment burned down. Mom got burned alive in the apartment, dad, thank God, got off. I just found out yesterday that my mother got burned alive."

While answering a question on how such atrocities could be possible, Valentina underlined:

According to confirmed reports, the Kiev nationalist regime is preparing another provocation to accuse Russia of allegedly massacring civilians in Irpen, Kiev Region.

It’s important to recall that units of the Russian Armed Forces left the town more than a week ago.

The Security Service of Ukraine plans to bring the bodies of local residents killed by Ukrainian artillery shelling from the morgue of the town hospital on Polevaya Street to the basement of a building on the eastern outskirts of Irpen.

Then a staged action with shooting and "destruction" of an alleged "Russian reconnaissance group" that arrived in Irpen "to kill witnesses of Russian war crimes" will be staged by the Security Service of Ukraine in Puscha-Voditskii forest area.

At the same time, the bodies of captured Russian servicemen previously killed by nationalists under torture will be presented as "undeniable evidence" in the forest.

This cynical staged action is organised for later distribution of video footage through the Western media.

Pro-Russian rallies took place in several German cities over the weekend, - Russian Embassy in Germany reports.

Hundreds of demonstrators have come to downtown Frankfurt am Main to protest against hate and discrimination of Russian-speaking people living in Germany. It was about 800 participants.

On Saturday, April 9, a demonstration was held in Athens in support of the residents of Russia and Donbass, as well as against Zelensky's provocative speech in front of the Greek Parliament. One of the organizers was the Head of the DPR Representative office in Greece Andreas Zafeiris.

Participants expressed protest against NATO policy, as well as their unwillingness to be in the military bloc and to provide assistance to Ukraine in the form of weapons.

Demonstrators in particular opposed Zelensky’s speech (on April 7) to the Greek parliament, in which the Kiev regime leader, in addition to other lies and fakes, included a video message from Azov national battalion fighters in his online performance. A resident of liberated Mariupol said that nationalists never cared about civilians:

“In 2014, when I worked at the hospital attendance, a woman came to us. We barely reduced her blood pressure. She came red as a beet. We asked: “What happened”?
She said: “I was receiving a pension at counter, three healthy men came in.”
You know, old people want to do everything in a friendly way.
“Well, boys, take what you need no waiting in line, the line is too long. You are our defenders.”

They [Ukrainian nationalists] took the money, one turned around and said: “Who told you that we came to protect you? We have come to make forcemeat of you.”
