Our client is a manufacturing company based in Mombasa and they are looking forward to filling a Sales Executive role. The ideal candidate will will be responsible for achieving revenue growth goals. The successful candidates will be responsible for the company’s field sales and operations in Mombasa.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

. Close new Leads and deals at a high rate.
. Build relationships with new and existing customers.
. Cultivate new leads within the sales territory.
. Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
. Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
. Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.
. Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
. Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

. Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or any Business-related Field.
. Minimum 4 (Four) years’ experience in sales and marketing.
. Previous work experience in a Similar/ related role in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
. Proven working experience in a field marketing role.
. Strong communication and presentation skills.
. Coachable – a desire to learn, constantly improve, and act on feedback.
. Aptitude for numbers and data-driven decision-making.
. Sound judgment.
. Aggressive.

Position Summary:
Overseeing the Foundation’s interaction with all our local and global stakeholders by strategizing and implementing social media platforms by generating content while maintaining solid and interactive online presence. This position requires that the incumbent be responsible for managing the overall network infrastructure of the Foundation, while also planning digital campaigns and managing blogs.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for writing press, annual newsletters, creating and managing the Foundation’s blog posts.
• Promote communications and marketing materials through appropriate social media channels.
• Ensure that all communications and promotion materials align with Foundation’s brand standards.
• Maintain social media image by regularly updating Twitter, Facebook and blog accounts

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in communication and information technology, marketing or related field required.
• 2 years’ experience in communication or a similar position.
• Proficiency in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
• Fluency in oral and written English and Kiswahili.
• Proficiency in the use of infographics.
• Proven knowledge of both communication and promotional practices.
• Knowledge of branding and graphic design will be an added advantage.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare audit programs on the planned audits and carry out risk assessment.
• Prepare audit notifications for the intended function where the audit will be carried out.
• Attend entrance meetings in order to share the audit objectives and program with auditees.
• Design audit procedures and execute audits in line with the audit program.
• Perform audit tests and evidence gathering in line with the applicable standards.
