Be rewarded with panoramic green views after a good 108-step climb, enjoy the nature-inspired kid’s play area and let the doggos run at the latest dog run at Bukit Gombak Park.

This is the Hooded Pitta (Pitta sordida)! Did you guess it correctly?

Did you know that during the Hooded Pitta’s (Pitta sordida) breeding period, both parents take care of the eggs and the fledglings? These birds live in parks, gardens and forests and forage the ground for insects and their larvae, as well as berries.

Find out more about our native flora and fauna! Join us as we celebrate our local biodiversity at Festival of Biodiversity on September 25.
