2022-05-02 17:01:06 I've reached the point in my life where goodbyes don't hurt as much as they used to. It's not because I've gone numbed or I don't value people anymore, but more because I've learned that life's too short and way too busy to keep everyone inside our bubble. No one told me this, but burning bridges in life is necessary. It allows us to focus on the people we really love, those who stayed, while letting those who were meant to just pass by enjoy their story.

I'll be forever grateful for everyone who found it worth their while to know me. Whenever people say goodbye—and most times they don't say it in words—I learned to accept it with an open heart. I still thank them inside my head with a promise that I will never forget the piece of themselves that they shared with me. And then I move forward, with hope that I can make the best out of those who chose to stay to the right of me, and those who stayed to the left of me.

2022-05-02 11:00:32 It's not always about late night talks, midnight stories, and 3 AM what-ifs about life. It's not always about sending random selfies, virtual kisses, and "I hope you're next to me" texts.

It's also about resting before 10 PM, getting sufficient hours of sleep, and dreaming peacefully at 3 AM. It's also about doing household chores, talking to your pets, and eating properly on time. It's also about reading books, taking long-showers, and doing something you love.

It's not always about the romantic side. It's also about celebrating self-love and little pleasures of life.
