2022-05-03 05:14:01 THE LORD OF RAMADĀN IS THE LORD OF SHAWWĀL, SHA'BĀN AND THE REST OF THE MONTHS

The blessed month of Ramadān is a great season to accustom oneself to righteousness, being diligent in the worship of Allāh and competing to perform good deeds. It is abhorrent for the Muslim to forsake worship once this month has finished, as is the state of some people who do not know Allāh nor the worship of Him except in Ramadān.

It is said to these people:

O you who knew in Ramadān that you had a Lord, whom you worshipped, obeyed, feared and placed your hope, how could you forget Him after Ramadān?

O you who knew that Allāh made it obligatory upon you to pray five prayers in the Masjid, how can you be ignorant of this or feign ignorance after Ramadān?

O you who knew in Ramadān that Allāh forbade you from all acts of disobedience, how can you forget this after Ramadān?

O you who knew in Ramadān that in front of you there is Paradise, the Hellfire, a reward and a punishment, how can you be heedless of this after Ramadān?

O you who used to fill the Masājid in Ramadān and recite the Qur'ān, how have you forsaken the Masājid and abandoned the Qur'ān after Ramadān?

How strange is it that a people do not know Allāh except in Ramadān, and do not fear Allāh except in Ramadān.

Some of the Salaf were asked about the condition of a people who were like this, and they responded:

"How evil is a people who do not know Allāh except in Ramadān."

Verily, the Lord of the months is One; the Lord of Ramadān is the Lord of Shawwāl, Sha'bān and the rest of the months. It is obligatory upon the Muslim to worship Allāh and desist from disobeying Him at all times and moments.

2022-04-23 15:40:29 THE MORE THE WOMAN LOVES HER HUSBAND, THE HAPPIER HIS LIFE IS.

Allāh (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) says,

{ وَمِنْ ءَايَٰتِهِۦٓ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَٰجًا لِّتَسْكُنُوٓا۟ إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً }

And among His Signs is that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy.

[Sūrah ar-Rūm 30:21]

So, the cordiality is rooted in the heart, which is the controller of the organs. If the heart loves, the organs will love. If it hates, they will hate. It is the manager. Happiness and cordiality are bound to happen when Allah blesses both spouses with mutual friendliness, which would not happen by any other way.

2022-04-11 03:34:20 SHE IS ALLOWED TO ENJOY FOREPLAY AND CARESSING FROM HER HUSBAND

Even when a woman is on her monthly period, she is allowed to enjoy foreplay and caressing from her husband, and it is known that men take pleasure in this. Allāh's Messenger (ﷺ) allowed men to seek pleasure from their wives (on their monthly periods) through kissing and touching, Anas Ibn Mālik said,

"When a woman among the Jews menstruated, the men did not dine with her, nor did they live with them in their houses. The Companions asked the Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) about that. So, he (ﷺ) said to them, 'You can do everything [with each other] except sexual intercourse."*

2022-04-11 03:16:42 THE WIFE SHOULD NOT REFUSE INTIMATE RELATIONS WITH HER HUSBAND

A man calls his wife to himself desiring permissible and rewardable intimacy with her that protects him and her from adultery. Sexual relations bring them closer together physically and emotionally-- and this proximity closes the door from becoming distant in their hearts and bodies. It is the greatest act of nearness between a man and his wife, wherein words of love and intimacy are exchanged that would not be normally uttered, so a woman should not deny him this intimacy as he likewise should not refuse her.

2022-04-09 10:56:12 A WOMAN WHO DOES NOT THANK HER HUSBAND

A woman knows what her husband does for her, she knows that he looks after her and maintains her according to his ability, so she should be grateful- and this expression of gratitude is an obligation upon her. Allāh's Messenger (ﷺ) said,

"Allāh will not look at a woman who does not thank her husband yet [she knows that] she cannot do without him."
