As the universe of Farsite is gaining traction, we’re excited to announce a series of significant events to happen:
- Farsite Pre-Alpha, Dec 14 - an early gameplay preview enabling players to test flight their Ships, mine and refine resources on Sectors
- Crates Pre-Order, Dec 2 to supply travelers with original Blueprints and unique scarce Ships ahead of the game launch
- FAR Token (Credits) Listing on a major exchange to incentivize the Farsite economy

The First Edition Crates pre-order gave the fastest travelers a world of opportunities to acquire rare Spaceships, Modules, Blueprints, and last but not least - Credits.

We decided to reload the Airdrops campaign, therefore it will end with the Pre-Order start. From now on, Rankings are eliminated - a White Crate can now be dropped to any player, every day, not necessarily from the Top 100.

2021-10-28 16:43:08 SECTOR ACQUISITION STARTED

The Star Map brought a lot of new information about galaxies and planets within our reach. Since then thousands of stargazing travelers have reassured in their faith that the end of the Earth doesn’t necessarily mean the end for humanity.

To make the exploration process a bit more ordered, or less chaotic at the very least, scientists mapped all the explored planets and divided their surface into Sectors. Those can be acquired by travelers to build a Base, mine and refine resources, and build new Ships.

From now on all the travelers are able to:
- Discover which Components are needed for your Blueprints
- Learn which Resources can be used to create Components
- See the riches of every explored Sector
- Acquire a Sector according to your demands
