Tinea Corporis

Tinea corporis (Ringworm) is a rash caused by a fungal infection. It's usually a red, itchy, circular rash with clearer skin in the middle. Ringworm gets its name because of its appearance. No worm is involved.

Symptoms:

Itchy skin
Cracked skin
Hair loss
Ring-shaped rash
Red or scaly patches

Causes:

Oily skin
Living in a hot climate
Sweating a lot
Hormonal changes
Weakened immune system

Prevention:

Educate yourself & others
Wash your hands often
Stay cool & dry
Don't share personal items

Treatments:

1: Tinea corporis is treated with imidazole, or terbinafine in cream, or gel that is applied directly to the affected area twice a day & continued for 9 days after the rash completely disappears, which usually takes about 3 weeks.

2: Apply Alovera Gel! Apply the gel from an aloe vera plant onto the ringworm patch 2 times daily. It is good to rinse with warm water?

2021-09-15 10:43:44 Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is an infection of the female reproductive organs. It most often occurs when sexually transmitted bacteria spread from your vagina to your uterus, fallopian tubes or ovaries.

Symptoms:

Lower abdomen pain
Heavy vaginal discharge
Abnormal uterine bleeding
Pain during intercourse
Fever, sometimes with chills
Difficult & painful urination

Causes:

Many types of bacteria can cause PID, but gonorrhea or chlamydia infections are the most common. These bacteria are usually acquired during unprotected sex.

Risk factors:

Multiple sexual partners
Sex without a condom
History of sexually infection

Complications:

Infertility
Chronic pelvic pain
Tubo-ovarian abscess

Prevention:

Practice safe sex
Get tested
Don't douche

Treatment:

Garlic has very strong antibiotic and antibacterial properties. You can take 2 to 3 garlic cloves that are minced. Add these to a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry until your garlic turns a brown color. Once done, you may strain the oil and wait for it to cool down.

When the oil you removed is cold use a cotton ball to soak in the oil. Place the oily cotton ball in the vagina for a couple of seconds. You are basically only applying the oil with the cotton ball. Wait about 2 to 3 hours before you rinse or wash. You may do this daily until the infection is gone completely.
