ONLY 10 DAYS to sign up for ‘Art in Mental Health’, a workshop by Huddlehumans in collaboration with Youth Corps Singapore and The Eurasian Association
We decided to create this workshop to provide youths with a coping method for mental well-being they can easily do on their own, in their own homes.
You don't need to be an artist to be creative, it is innate, it is a form of play, it is needed, because we, as humans are innately creative beings.
Scientists continually discover affirming evidence that engaging in creative activities is beneficial to our mental health and well-being.
Being creative can increase positive emotions, lessen depressive symptoms, reduce stress, decrease anxiety, and even improve immune system functioning.
You will get this chance to experience art again like never before on the 27th of May, Friday, 7-10pm at Youth Corps Singapore (The Red Box, opposite scape).
