Our mental health is important to take care with and about finding the balance for us to function.
There are times we can get caught up with little things that mean the world to us at the time.
Negative things are best to acknowledge but as the slide suggest to shred.
When you do the shredding allow yourself to let it go and remember not to keep the bits for a later time rubbish. You need to complete the process so that you a free to move forward.

This is something I came across in the hope that when I am ready to start cleaning I might follow this guide.
We can be so caught up with what is happening day to day that at times our mental health may need cleaning.
It can be really helpful so that you leave nothing behind. The other thing you can do at various stages is having a clear out. This is working out what doesn't serve purpose any more you let it go.
When finding out about clearing out your mind you'll find yourself more free.
Give it a go and see how you go with both.

Let's go out in a field of poppies. This is where so many people have been in history. There have been so many people come back from fields with injury or no injury but everyone of them have mental health issues from what they see, hear and feel.
I appreciate the journey people make when serving in battle. I also try to make time for them to hear what they have to say. Some say alot while others say little. It helps their mental health and having issues myself makes me appreciate what they have done for us in this world.
Some say to step out and today is super important to do that.
Mental Health Issues do belong to everyone.

Believe it, remember when your getting ready to do a speech Infront of people. You can practice to a point where you are certain of your subject and you have those trusted notes to refer to when in need.
Then when the time ticks down and it's your turn to walk to the spot to make your speech. Those nervous moment set it.
This is where you have to work with both to carry out your speech.
When it comes to mental health we to have struggles. We get to a point where we know what is happening but then things change in a matter of moments then we become unsure of ourself and we doubt things.
At this point you have to build your own self esteem back to a new level.
So with this in mind, try to work with both and try not let the bad stuff over take the situation.
