Have you ever stopped to assess whether the content you consume on social networks helps you or hurts you? ⠀

Social media can bring us various emotions. Sometimes we compare ourselves to incredible lives and we get frustrated when we compare ourselves to our reality. Or else we read a lot of bad things and end up feeling bad.

Has this ever happened to you? So I have some advice to give you. Bother you? Stop following. Does it bring you bad memories? Delete. Do not like? Don't follow.

You have the power to choose who will follow and what to see. So choose to read good things, follow people you like, receive content that helps you in some way. Mental health on social media is also important.‌‌
