2021-05-18 08:08:20 A Reminder on Huddlehumans' Guidelines and Policies

What is a rule violation?
A rule violation is whenever a member intentionally breaks or breaches any of our Huddlehumans Community Rules and Guidelines.

These are some examples (but not exhaustive) of commonly broken rules:
1. PM-ing members/admins without permission
2. Being disrespectful or using vulgar language against members/admins with the intent of hurting them
3. Adding members into other groups without permission
4. Continually asking members questions they are not comfortable answering even when told to stop

What SHOULD you do if you witness a rule violation?
If the rule violation happens in the main chat:
1. Reply to the message using the /report or @admin function
2. Our admins will be alerted and will respond to it ASAP

If the rule violation happens outside the main chat:
1. Take a screenshot of the conversation as evidence
2. Send the screenshot to @huddlereportbot. Our admins will be alerted and respond to your report ASAP

What SHOULDNT you do if you witness a rule violation?
1. Do not PM admins without permission to inform them. Admins are members too and their privacy should be respected
2. Do not call out or address the rule violation in the main chat. Follow the proper protocol and send the evidence to @huddlereportbot for us to follow up
3. Do not tag specific admins to respond to the incident

Our full comprehensive rules can be found here:

Self Care is a priority, especially if you are dealing with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, mania, personality disorders, etc. We have to keep our bodies strong so they can carry us through our fights with our minds. Never feel guilty for taking time for yourself, caring for yourself, or putting yourself first in your life. It's not selfish to make sure you're taken care of; it's a necessity.

Emotional Dependence is usually related to difficulties in self-acceptance and problems in self-esteem. As with any type of addiction, the person finds himself addicted to the other and uses it as an amulet for his psychic survival. He deposits in the partner (a) full responsibility for his happiness and cannot see himself without the person to carry out any activity. It also depends on the person's opinion and company for absolutely everything. The possibility of losing the loved object causes a lot of anguish and even a feeling of psychic death. This type of addiction causes a lot of suffering and should be looked at with professional care.‌‌

Hard to truely understand what causes depression. When I look at this some of it strikes a cord.
Our mental health is really important to look after. If you find yourself slipping, why not tell yourself to stop.
Go outside and get some fresh air.
Come back and workout a plan to reconnect with others.
Have you made time to connect and think about your mental health
