There are three main attachment types that are the behaviours and mindset in which you approach your relationships.

In a nutshell, attachment is the gateway to where you reside and find safety.

Your childhood experience is a strong factor of contribution to your attachment style. But it is important to note that you are changing all the time and there is no need to strongly identify with these labels.

The goal is to inject a sense of awareness of our attachment style and how we can better navigate psychologically and emotionally through a relationship.

How can we understand our current attachment style and it’s negative thought patterns? How can we regulate and cultivate traits in the more healthy, secure attachment style?

They are gentle souls and give love an attention you crave for.
If it's not a dog, maybe a cat or a bird. They understand more that you realise.
So if your having a bad day go out and find an animal and give it some of your attention.
You will smile about it for your mental health.

Life is amazing. You go through things, some good, some bad. Being apart of life can be a struggle but it doesn't have to be that way all the time. Listen to your heart and mind and life truely does get better. You might have trouble with mental health, just remember to give yourself time and care.
