Se non si comprende la fonte, si inciampa nella confusione e nel dolore.
Quando si capisce da dove si viene, si diventa naturalmente tolleranti, disinteressati, divertiti, gentili come una nonna, dignitosi come un re.
Immersi nella meraviglia del Tao, si può affrontare qualsiasi cosa la vita ci porti e, quando arriva la morte, si è pronti.
Quando incarniamo questa verità, la nostra vita diventa una benedizione.
La compassione, la comprensione, la libertà e la gioia toccano tutti coloro che incontriamo.
Sprigioniamo amore come i germogli attraverso le crepe del cemento.
Diventiamo come le antiche teiere cinesi.
Quando una teiera viene usata da una famiglia cinese per cento anni o più, si dice, non c'è bisogno di mettere il tè.
Basta versare l'acqua e la teiera fa il tè da sola.
Come la teiera, noi stessi diventiamo la fonte.
Liberandoci dall'ambizione o dalla paura, torniamo alla nostra vera casa.
Senza più imitazione, diventiamo ciò che siamo.
Il nostro essere è a suo agio, il nostro cuore si apre.
La gioia e la libertà di spirito riempiono le nostre giornate.

If one does not understand the source, one stumbles into confusion and sorrow.
When you understand where you come from, you naturally become tolerant, selfless, amused, kind as a grandmother, dignified as a king.
Immersed in the wonder of the Tao, one can face whatever life brings, and when death comes, one is ready.
When we embody this truth, our life becomes a blessing.
Compassion, understanding, freedom and joy touch everyone we meet.
We release love like sprouts through cracks in concrete.
We become like ancient Chinese teapots.
When a teapot is used by a Chinese family for a hundred years or more, they say, there is no need to put tea in it.
Just pour in the water and the teapot makes tea by itself.
Like the teapot, we ourselves become the source.
Freeing ourselves from ambition or fear, we return to our true home.
With no more imitation, we become who we are.
Our being is at ease, our heart opens.
Joy and freedom of spirit fill our days.
