Ora vedo
Come mai?
Chi è colui he cerca di guardare a fondo?
Dove ho cercato me stesso?
Ecco perché devo tornare all’ora se voglio vedere davvero il Buddha e vedere davvero me stesso.
Possiamo vedere solo se torniamo all’ora.

Now I see
Now I see means I have never seen before.
How come?
I may have been looking for a long time, but I could not see.
Perhaps it is because I am no longer looking that I am now beginning to see.
And what is it that I see?
What is it that I have been looking for?
Maybe what I have been looking for is myself.
I want to know who I am.
I want to know who is the one who practices meditation.
Who is the one who tries to look deeply?
Who is the one who recites the Buddha's name?
Where have I looked for the Buddha?
Where have I looked for myself?
In the past?
In the future?
But the past has already vanished and the future is not yet here.
Past and future are illusions. They are mere ideas.
Only the present is real.
Only the now is real.
That is why I have to return to the now if I really want to see the Buddha and really see myself.
We can only see if we return to the now.
It is simple.
The now is the only time when you can find what you are looking for.
You have been looking for nirvana.
You have been looking for God.
You have sought enlightenment, awakening.
It turns out that everything you have been looking for is already in the present moment.
And the secret to finding it is to return to the now.
