Here are five tips to reshape your microbiome for the better:

You have at least three different ages.

The one you’re probably thinking of is your chronological age—the time between when you were born and today.

There’s also your biological age, which measures whether your body is older or younger than your chronological age. My body is 11.25 years younger than my chronological age.

Then we have your emotional age. Are you young and curious or old and polarized? Do you laugh when someone pulls your finger?

Based on this last one, I’m pretty sure my emotional age is about 13...when it comes to humor at least.

How old are you? Which definition are you using?
