1. The best way to get vitamin D is to expose your bare skin to sunlight in the early day (about 15-20 minutes, but make sure not to burn!)

2. I recommend testing vitamin D levels regularly because genetics play a major role in your vitamin D status, your response to sun exposure, and supplements. If you do supplement with vitamin D, be sure to work with a functional medicine doctor to find the right dose for you.

Here are five different ways to fast:

1. 16:8 intermittent fasting: Skip breakfast and eat your first meal 16 hours after your last meal the previous night.⁠

2. Danger Coffee intermittent fasting: This is a 16:8 fast but you get to drink a delicious creamy cup of @dangercoffeeofficial in the morning.⁠
