We are looking for a bike sales representative who will be tasked with matching people with the perfect bike for them. Whether a client is interested in mountain bikes, or a hybrid, the sales representative needs to be ready to ask the right questions to drive to the heart of what the customer really wants. The salesperson needs to be knowledgeable on the different types of bikes and be able to guide the client appropriately and close the sale.

Responsibilities:
• Asking questions to determine the type of bike a customer need
• Answering questions regarding available inventory
• Develop and manage relationships to ensure future business
• Learning details of all merchandise
• Ringing up customers sales
• Rely on experience and a consultative approach to develop sales opportunities to accomplish goals with minimal direction and supervision.
• Analyze your market to optimize revenue.
• Arranging ‘test drives’ for customers before they buy
• Plan and organize bike events

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
• Passionate about new bike industry
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to test a variety of bikes to form personal opinions
• Ability to lift heavy inventory
• Prior experience in bike sales
• Knowledge of general bike repair and maintenance
