There are many reasons that lead to screen exhaustion. Fatigue, the excess of information that pours out at us from the Internet, and the negative news with comments that we read.
In order to avoid such problems, you should have a digital detox. If you work at home at the computer, it is better to design a separate workplace and not go to it when things are done. Use a timer to regularly get up from your desk or couch, stretch a little or look out the window, your back and eyes will thank you.
