The king of Jordan had just awarded Saudi Crown Prince MBS the "Collar & Grand Cordon of the Order al-Hussein bin Ali". Named after the founder of the Hashemite dynasty, the necklace is the highest civilian decoration in Jordan, usually awarded to kings and princes for their strong and distinct relationship with Jordan.

In 2017, Jordan also awarded such a necklace to MBS' father, King Salman of Saudi Arabia. By awarding MBS with the same honor, Jordan informally recognizes the Crown Prince as the ruler of Saudi Arabia. Another example of the strengthening of Bin Salman's regional status, ahead of Biden's excepted visit to Saudi Arabic next month.

Hamas-supporters are proudly sharing the attached pictures. The observation tower that was at the center of attention this weekend in the Gaza Strip has been repaired and returned to its former state, now with flags and a banner with the three martyred terrorists.

Hamas also named the observation tower "Al-Fateh", which translates to: "The Conqueror" or "The Ruler". This name carries a lot of historical significance. For example, Muhammad II the Ottoman Sultan who conquered Constantinople (modern-day Istanbul) in 1453 and is considered a national hero in Turkey was nicknamed "Al-Fateh".

This tower's symbolic importance has become more important that its strategic one. So until the next round of exchange of fire between Hamas and the IDF, "Al-Fateh" is here to stay. Iranian opposition sources claim an explosion occurred in western Tehran last Friday night, a result of a UAV attack on the "Shahid Hamat" IRGC military base, used as a weapons production center. The target of the attack within this complex was a research center responsible for designing and manufacturing ballistic and short-range missiles.

According to these sources, the UAVs used in the attack took off from within Iran, only ten kilometers from the target. These sources also estimate that the UAVs were smuggled in parts and assembled before the attack.

The report also mentioned that the Iranian defense minister arrived Saturday morning at the base, under heavy security, to see for himself the damage caused to the site. Open / Comment
