ዘፍጥረት 23÷1-6 ይነበብ

አብርሃም ታላቅ የእምነት አባትና ትልቅ ኪዳን ያለው ሰው ቢሆንም በተቀበለው ብርቱ ተስፋና ለማመንና ለመታዘዝ ባለው ጥልቅ መሰጠት መጠን ብዙ የተፈተነ ሰው መሆኑን ከታሪኩ እንረዳለን። አብርሃም ምንም እንኳን የረገጠውን እንደሚወርስ፣ ከግብፅ ወንዝ ጀምሮ እስከ ታላቁ የኢፍራጥስ ወንዝ ድረስ ያለውን ግዛት ለዘሩ እንደሚሰጥ ጌታ ቃል ቢገባለትም ሳራ በሞተች ጊዜ ሬሳዋን የሚያሳርፍበት ስፍራ አልነበረውም። አብርሃም ስለ መቃብር ስፍራ ከቄጤያውያን ጋር በተነጋገረበት ጊዜ እግዚአብሔር በተናገረው ልክ ሳይሆን በገጠመው ሁኔታ ልክ ለመናገር ሲገደድ እናያለን። 

የሚገርመው የኬጤያውያኑ መልስ "አንተ ሀያል መስፍን ነህ" የሚል ያልተጠበቀ መልስ ነበር። አብርሃም ባለበት ሁኔታ ሲለካ ባይተዋር እንግዳ ተደላድሎ የሚኖርበት አይደለም፤ የመቃብር ስፍራ ያልነበረው ነበር። ሰዎቹ ሊናገሩት የሚገባቸው ይህ ሆኖ ሳለ የማይታየውን ግን ሊሆን ያለውን የተናገሩት እነርሱ ናቸውን? ጌታ አንደበታቸውን ተጠቅሞ ተስፋውን ሲያፀናለት እንጂ!! እንደተናገረውም ዘሩ የተስፋውን ምድር በኢያሱ አማካኝነት እንዲወርስ በማድረግ ለአብርሃም የገባለትን ኪዳን ፈፅሟል።

አብርሃም የኖረው በተስፋው በረከት እንጂ በፍፃሜው አይደለም። ተስፋ እንደ መልህቅ ነው። እምነትም የሚቀሰቀሰው በተስፋ አማካኝነት ነው። ስለዚህ ተስፋ ሲፈፀም ብቻ ሳይሆን ሁልጊዜ በህይወታችን ውስጥ ስራ አለው። ይኸውም ፀንተን እንድንቆም ማድረግና እምነታችንን ማንቀሳቀስ ነው። ስለዚህ ታላቅ ዋጋ ያለውን መታመናችሁን አትጣሉ። የእግዚአብሔርን ፈቃድ ፈፅማችሁ የተስፋ ቃሉን እንድትቀበሉ ፀንታችሁ መቆም ያስፈልጋችኋል። ምክንያቱም ከጥቂት ጊዜ በኋላ “የሚመጣው እርሱ ይመጣል አይዘገይም" ዕብ 10÷35-37 

የሕይወት ተዛምዶ
ተስፋን የሰጠው የታመነ ስለሆነ የተሰጠንን ተስፋ አጥብቀን እንያዝ፤ በእምነትም እንፅና።

ጌታ ሆይ፣ በየዕለቱ በተስፋ ቃልህ በረከትና ሞገስ እንድመላለስ እፀልያለሁ። Open / Comment

A Daily Devotional for March 23, 2021
Read Genesis 23:1-6 

Although Abraham was a great man of faith and a man with a great covenant, we know from history that he was greatly tested due to the great promise he received to believe and obey. Although the Lord promised that Abraham would inherit the land he walked on, and that he would give his descendants the kingdom from the river of Egypt to the great river Euphrates, he had no place to bury Sarah when she died. When Abraham talked to the Hittites about the burial site, we see that he spoke as the situation and not as God had promised.

Surprisingly, the Hittites’ answer was, "You are a mighty and powerful prince…" Abraham had nothing in that place; he had no graveyard. This was what the people were supposed to say, but were they the ones who were supposed to declare the unseen? The Lord used their tongues to confirm His promise!! As He said, the seed fulfilled the covenant made with Abraham by inheriting the Promised Land through Joshua.

Abraham lived with the blessing of hope, not with his destiny. Hope is like an anchor. Faith is awakened by hope. So, hope always works in our lives, not just when it is fulfilled. That is, to enable us stand firm and keep our faith strong. Therefore, do not lose your trust, which is of great value. You need to persevere to do God's will and receive His promise, because after a while "the one who comes will come soon will come and He will not tarry" (Hebrews 10: 35-37).

Life Application
Let us hold fast the confession of our faith without wavering, for he who promised is faithful.

Prayer
Lord, I pray every day that I walk in the blessing and favor of Your promise. Open / Comment

የአብያተክርስቲያናት ህብረት ካውንስል የስታዲየም መርሃግብር
ዮሐንስ 17:20-21; 11:41-42

ባለፈው ሳምንት ሁሉም አብያተክርስቲያናት  እግዚአብሔርን ለማመስገን በብሔራዊ ስታዲየም በተሰባሰቡበት ለሆነው መልካም ነገር  እግዚአብሔርን እናመሰግናለን። እኛ ቤዛ ያለነው የክርስቶስ አካል አይደለንም፣ እኛ የክርስቶስ አካል  ብልት ነን።.
 
መቅደሱ
በብሉይ ኪዳን ወደ መቅደሱ ሳይመለስ ወደ እግዚአብሔር መመለስ  የለም። በአዲስ ኪዳንም መርሁ አንድ ነው፣ ግን ሕንፃው ተለውጧል። 1ኛ ጴጥሮስ 2፡5 ሁላችንም ህያው ድንጋዮች ነን ይላል። እንዲሁም ኤፌሶን 2 እንደሚነግረን አንድ ሆነን ስንገነባ ሕንጻው ወደላይ ያድጋል። በመንግሥቱ ውስጥ በግል ማሽከርከር የለም። ሁላችን የአካሉ ብልቶች ነን። 
 
በምድሪቱ ላይ ያለው በረከት የሚመጣው ከእግዚአብሔር ነው፤ግን በቤተ መቅደሱ በኩል የሚመጣ ነው። የሕዝቅኤል መጽሐፍ እግዚአብሔር መቅደሱን መልሶ በመስራት ምድሪቱን እንዴት መልሶ እንደ ሰራት ይገልጻል። የሙት ባሕሩ ጨዋማ ውሃ እንኳን ጣፋጭ ውሃ ሆነ። የአዲስ ኪዳን ቋንቋ “የምድር ጨው”፣ “የዓለም ብርሃን” እና “በተራራ ላይ ያለች ከተማ”  የሚል ነው። (ማቴዎስ 5)
 
ስላለፈው ሳምንት ክስተት ከዚህ በፊት በቤተክርስቲያን እንዲህ ሆኖ  እንደማያውቅ ተነግሯል። ይህ ማለት ከዚህ በፊት ሆኖ የማያውቅ ነገር በአገሪቱ  ሊሆን ነው ማለት ነው። ይህ የጌታ ሥራ ነው።
 
ነገር ግን…
በዮሐንስ 11 ላይ ኢየሱስ በአልዓዛር መቃብር ላይ “አባት ሆይ ፣ ስለ ሰማኸኝ አመሰግንሃለሁ፤ ሁልጊዜም እንደምትሰማኝ አውቃለሁ….. ” ብሎ ፀለየ። በዮሐንስ 17 ላይ ለደቀመዛሙርቱ ሲጸልይ እንዲህ አለ “የእነሱን ትምህርት ተቀብለው በእኔ ለሚያምኑት ጭምር እንጂ ለእነዚህ ብቻ አልጸልይም….ይህም ሁሉም አንድ እንዲሆኑ ነው”(እኛን ማለቱ ነው)። እነዚህ ጥቅሶች ላይ በመመስረት፣ ለቤተክርስቲያን አንድነት መጸለይ እንደሌለብን  ይልቁንም ስለቤተክርስቲያን አንድነት ማመስገን አለብን  ብለን መደምደም እንችላለን። ምክንያቱም ኢየሱስ ቀድሞ ስለፀለየ እና አብም ሁልጊዜም እርሱን ስለሚሰማው ነው። ባለፈው ሳምንትም የሆነው ይህ ነው።
 
አንዳንዶች በፕሮግራሙ ላይ ስለተሳተፉ የተወሰኑ አገልግሎቶች እና አስተማሪዎች ስጋታቸውን ሲናገሩ ነበር።“ጥሩ ፕሮግራም ነበር ነገር ግን…” ይህ ነጥቡን የሳተ ይመስለኛል። ኢየሱስ አልዓዛርን ከሞት ሲያስነሣው እጆቹና እግሮቹ በመግነዝ ተጠቅልለው እንደነበር መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ ይናገራል። በመገነዙ ስላስተስማማችሁ የትንሳኤውን ተአምር አለመቀበል ሞኝነት ነው።ስለ ኢትዮጵያ ቤተክርስቲያንም  የተመለከትነው ከአልዓዛር ትንሳኤ የሚያንስ አይደለም፤ ትንሳኤም ትንሳኤ ነው!
 
በተጨማሪም፣ አሁንም ማንበቡን ስንቀጥል ቁጥር 44  ላይ ደግሞ አልአዛር ከመቃብር እንዲወጣ ያዘዘው ይኸው ኢየሱስ “መግነዙን ፍቱለትና ይሂድ” አላቸው። ይህ የእርሱ ሥራ እንጂ የእኛ ሥራ አይደለም። የቤተ ክርስቲያን መግነዟ ሲፈታላት የምድሪቱ ብሎም የአህጉሪቱ መግነዝ ይፈታል። ከዚህ ስፍራ በረከት ይፈልቃል፤ይፈሳል…… Open / Comment

THE CHURCH COUNCIL STADIUM PROGRAM 
John 17:20-21; 11:41-42

We give praise to God for what happened last week at the national stadium as all churches joined together to give thanks to God. We at Beza are not the body of Christ. We are a part of the body of Christ.

The Temple
In the Old Testament there was no turning to God without turning to the Temple. In the New Testament the principle is the same but the building has changed. 1Peter 2:5 says that we are all living stones. And Ephesians 2 tells us that as we are joined together, the building rises. There is no solo driving in the kingdom. We are all part of the body.  

The blessing on the land comes from God, but it comes through His Temple. The book of Ezekiel describes how God restored the land by restoring the Temple. Even the salt waters of the Dead Sea were made fresh. The New Testament language is “salt of the earth,” “light of the world” and “a city on a hill.” (Matthew 5)

It has been said of the events of last week that this has never been done in the church before. It means that something that has never been done before is about to happen in the nation. This is the Lord’s doing.
 
But…
In John 11 Jesus prayed at the tomb of Lazarus, “Father, I thank you that you have heard me. I knew that you always hear me…” When praying for His disciples in John 17 He said, “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one…” (that’s us). By juxtaposing these texts, we can conclude that we should not pray for church unity, but rather we should praise for church unity. This is because Jesus has already prayed, and the Father always hears Him. This is what happened last week.

Some have raised concerns about certain ministries and teachers that attended the program: “It was a good program, but…” I think this is missing the point. When Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead, Scripture says that his hands and feet were wrapped in graveclothes. It would be foolish to reject the miracle of the resurrection because you don’t agree with the graveclothes. What we have witnessed as the church in Ethiopia is nothing short of a Lazarus resurrection, and resurrection is resurrection!

Additionally, let us keep reading: verse 44 says that the same Jesus who commanded Lazarus to come out of the grave also said, “Take off the grave clothes and let him go.” This is His doing, not ours. As the graveclothes comes off the church, the graveclothes will come off the nation and the continent. From this place, a blessing shall flow… Open / Comment
