Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has fired more than 100 shells and mines from 122-mm multiple launch rocket systems BM-21 "Grad", 122-mm cannon artillery and 120-mm mortars.

The areas of 7 settlements of the Republic were under shelling. As a result of the Ukrainian aggression 2 civilians were killed and 1 was injured. 20 residential buildings and 2 civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged.

Materials on the fact of wounding civilians and damage to infrastructure will be transferred to the DPR General Prosecutor's Office for inclusion in criminal cases initiated against the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The servicemen of the Donetsk People's Republic, together with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, continue to liberate the settlements of our Republic from Ukrainian invaders. Since the beginning of the day, our servicemen have destroyed 24 Ukrainian nationalists, 4 roving 120mm mortars, 2 armored vehicles and 2 cargo vehicles. An infantry fighting vehicle and an armored car were captured.

Unfortunately, there were losses among our fighters. Over the past day, in the struggle for independence, 4 defenders of the Donetsk People's Republic died in the line of military duty and 12 comrades were injured.

2022-05-13 22:12:50 ​ Bulgarian sailors received humanitarian aid from the DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Today, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Donetsk People's Republic delivered humanitarian aid to Bulgarian sailors on the Tzarevna cargo ship in the port of Mariupol.

15 crew members of the Tzarevna were evacuated earlier, all of them got safely their homeland. However, for reasons of ship's safety and security 5 more sailors remain on board, including the captain.

On May 11, an appeal was sent to the DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the Bulgarian citizens who are in Mariupol, in which they asked for help in delivering water, food, and basic necessities. We urgently considered this appeal, and today, two days after receiving the request, we delivered everything necessary on board.

The fact that the Bulgarian government has literally abandoned its seafarers to their fate causes not just bewilderment, but outright indignation towards the position of this country. We have repeatedly tried to contact the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to discuss details of the sailors' evacuation, however, these attempts have not led to a constructive result.

For its part, the DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs together with the relevant ministries and departments of the Republic and Russia, will continue to take concrete steps in the future so that foreign sailors are provided with everything necessary and have the opportunity to return home safely as soon as possible. The areas of 10 settlements of the Republic were under shelling. As a result of the Ukrainian aggression 3 civilians were killed and 5 were injured. 7 residential buildings and 2 civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged.

Materials on the fact of wounding civilians and damage to infrastructure will be transferred to the DPR General Prosecutor's Office for inclusion in criminal cases initiated against the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The servicemen of the Donetsk People's Republic, together with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, continue to liberate the settlements of our Republic from Ukrainian invaders. Since the beginning of the day, our servicemen have destroyed 26 Ukrainian nationalists, a 152-mm self-propelled artillery gun 2S5 "Hyacinth", 2 roving 120mm mortars, a reconnaissance chemical vehicle "Kashalot", 2 lightly armored vehicles. An armored personnel carrier and 2 cargo vehicles were captured.

Unfortunately, there were losses among our fighters. Over the past week, in the struggle for independence, 19 defenders of the Donetsk People's Republic died in the line of military duty and 85 comrades were injured.

2022-05-13 09:44:57 ​ According to the official data of the DPR Joint Centre for Control and Coordination in the territory within the borders before the special military operation start from February 17, 2022 as of 09:30 May 13, 2022:

During the 86 days of escalation, 113 civilians were killed, including 4 children.

517 civilians, including 42 children, were wounded of varying severity.

Damages:
- 3371 residential buildings;
- 710 civilian infrastructure facilities, including 43 medical institutions, 118 educational institutions, 202 social security facilities, 27 critical infrastructure facilities, 320 electricity, water and gas supply facilities. The armed formations of Ukraine attack Kirovsky, Kuibyshevsky and Petrovsky districts of Donetsk, Yasinovataya, Gorlovka.
- 371 vehicles.

During the 86 days of escalation the DPR JCCC has recorded 2,738 cases of firing, of which 2,477 with the use of heavy weapons.

In total, the enemy fired 27006 ammunition of various calibers, including 27 missiles from the Tochka-U tactical ballistic missile system, 5 missiles from the BM-30 Smerch MLRS, 27 BM-27 Uragan MLRS missiles and 4018 BM-21 Grad MLRS missiles.

On behalf of all citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic and on my own behalf, I congratulate Alan Eduardovich Gagloev on his election to the post of President of South Ossetia.

We place great emphasis to the relations of strategic partnership and alliance with the Republic of South Ossetia. We set our hearts on continuation of close joint work to build up the entire range of bilateral ties for the benefit of our friendly peoples, in the interests of ensuring peace, security and stability.

I also express my gratitude to Anatoly Ilyich Bibilov for his personal contribution to development of friendly relations between the Donetsk People's Republic and the Republic of South Ossetia. Over the years, a solid foundation has been laid for fraternal relations between our countries, which, I am sure, will only develop.

Since 2014 Republics of Donbass have been moving shoulder to shoulder towards a common goal. And today we are closer than ever to it.

In the new year of its life the Lugansk People's Republic enters the status of a state recognized by the Russian Federation. The liberation of the LPR territory is being actively carried out, relatives and friends who have endured Ukrainian occupation for eight years are being reunited.

We live in a time full of important and fateful events. I am sure that in the near future we will be able to execute all our plans.

With all my heart I wish the inhabitants of the fraternal Lugansk People's Republic good health, prosperity, success in all endeavors and the speedy coming of a victorious world!
